Poros

Poros is a small greek island set in the southern part of the Saronic Gulf. Poros includes two different islets, Sphairia and Kalaureia, that are connected by a bridge.

Its landscape is characterized by lush hills, mountains and valleys. It has several beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water especially in the south part. Megalo Neorio is one of the most wonderful beach on the island, its panorama its unique, the water is so transparent and clear that it seems a mirror. Here you can practice every kind of water sport.

The long and relevance history of the island offers many points of interest, as churches, monasteries, museums and temples.

To schedule your trip on Poros you have to visit the God Poseidon Remnants, the ruins of a temple devoted to Poseidon. It is located on the top of a hill with a breath-taking view to the island of Aegina.
