After breakfast we will sail to Umago, in Istria, in order to apply for the customs formalities. Then we will continue to Rovinj, the most charming city among the old Venetian ones in Istria. Cathedral of St. Euphemia with its bell tower and the historic centre are place not to be missed.
In the morning we will go south towards Brijuni Islands, a natural park. Visiting these natural beauties is really interesting, especially in winter because there are not many people, so it is possible to enjoy these landscapes better. Afterwards, we will navigate to Istria's Southern end crossing Porer lighthouse located on the namesake islet. We will circumvent the little island to reach Pomer Marina where we will spend our night. This calm and tranquil place is perfect to enjoy a walk. Dinner on board.
We will move toward Quarnaro to reach Cres, characterized by its sheltered port. Once anchored, we will either visit this beautiful village boasting several Renaissance buildings, a nice Cathedral and the Museum or hike the gentle hills to enjoy a breath-taking panorama. Dinner on board.
We will move along the coast, crossing Osor Canal and the namesake village located in front of Cres and Lošinj. Moving toward North-East we will reach Arbe. This latter is the most fertile and verdant island of this zone. Dinner on board.
Pag is our next destination. Before reaching it, we will stop in Simuni Marina, from where we will start our visit of Pag. It is the capital city and the most important village on the island, which still preserves its original urban structure. Dinner in the village.
Today the route back to Lošinj starts. We will sail in the narrow canal between the islands of Ilovik and Sveti Petar.
We will arrive at the small city of Lošinj after 3 miles of navigation in its long port. During the 18th and 19th centuries it was one of the biggest and most important maritime hubs of the Adriatic. It is characterized by a picturesque port, with residential palaces on both sides, a romantic seafront and a suggestive square. Dinner on board.
