"Malloreddusu" (typical dough) but also "culurgiones" (Sardinian ravioli made with ricotta and spinach) and "seadas" (fried ravioli with honey) will be made in front of you by skilled kneaders according to the traditional methods. Of course, you will take part in the preparation of the dishes and learn how to make them.
