Cancellation policy
Any changes and cancellations of bookings, must be sent via fax to 0039 0577 1959066 or email to info@mytours.it or booking@mytours.it. No penalty applies for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior the starting date of the service. For changes within 48 hours MyTour will consider the case and get back to client with a solution. For any booking cancelled less than 48 hours from the date of service or no shows, My Tour applies a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking.
