Food and beverages
In some periods occur some cases of "ciguatera", a poisoning, caused by contaminated fish by a toxin present in many microorganism. Generally it is caused by big-size fishes, they can originate gastrointestinal, neurological and cardiovascular diseases, even if they are well-cooked.
Moreover, we suggest to only drink mineral water and bottled drinks, without adding ice and avoid raw food.
