Iraklia

Iraklia is a island belonging to the Small Cyclades island group. Its landscape is characterized by cliffs and rocky coast, large and quiet beaches and suggestive bays.

The island has only two settlements, Agios Georgios, near the port, and Panagia, the main city. Not-to-miss place in the capital city are: the beautiful church of Virgin Mary, the chapel of Prophet Elias and the Cave of Saint John, extraordinary for its stalactites and stalagmites formations.
